Not exactly. While the
moose in the photos below appear to be
albino moose they actually aren't. Through some research I found out they are likely
white colored or white haired
moose. It is an abnormal genetic variation of the species. These
white colored moose can actually vary from all white to brown with white spots. My guess is similar to a piebald deer? Any way here are a bunch of photos.

Although true
albino moose do exist it is even more rare than
white colored moose. Around 1 in 100,000 are true
Albino Moose. Some hunters in Vermont found out just how rare their
Albino Moose was.

Doesn't seem to me that they are all that rare, if you can catch two in the same picture.
